German Language Teacher

Teach German at A1–B2 level to Sri Lankan and international candidates preparing for Ausbildung, work visas and life in Germany. You are not just teaching grammar. You are helping real people reach a life-changing goal. Classes are held online via video call.

Requirements

German language skills, preferably B2, C1 or higher
Teaching experience (formal or informal) is an advantage
Ability to plan and deliver structured lessons
Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled sessions
Patience, cultural sensitivity and a professional teaching style

Nice to have

◎Experience teaching non-European or South Asian learners
◎Knowledge of Goethe / ÖSD exam formats
◎Background in DaF (Deutsch als Fremdsprache)

Responsibilities

–Teach German classes online (A1 to B2)
–Prepare structured lessons and support materials
–Support students with speaking, grammar and exam preparation
–Track student progress and communicate with the course coordinator
–Support students throughout their Germany preparation journey

Program Manager / Coordinator

Support MALIROSA’s day-to-day operations in Sri Lanka: student communication, course coordination, document support and follow-up with candidates and families. You are the local bridge between students and the MALIROSA team.

Requirements

Good English communication skills
Sinhala and/or Tamil is a strong advantage
Reliable, well-organised and professional
Comfortable with online tools (email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace)
Experience in education, consulting or administration is helpful

Nice to have

◎German language knowledge is an advantage
◎Background in international education, HR or administration
◎Based in Sri Lanka

Responsibilities

–Student and candidate communication (WhatsApp, email)
–Course and teacher coordination
–Support with document collection and review
–Follow-up with candidates and families
–Basic reporting to MALIROSA management
