Refund Policy

MALIROSA operates on a transparent service module system. Each service (German language training, visa consulting, and Ausbildung preparation) is structured as a separate module with its own clear refund conditions. This page sets out what is refundable, under what conditions, and within what timeframes for each module.

To request a refund, email service@malirosa.com with your full name, the module name, and your reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.

Service Modules

Refund rules by module

German Language Training (per level)

Full refund: Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the first scheduled class.
Partial refund: 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days before the first class but before it has taken place.
Non-refundable: No refund once the first class has been delivered. Course materials provided are non-refundable.

Visa Consulting: Initial Profile Review

Full refund: N/A. Profile review is provided free of charge.
Partial refund: N/A
Non-refundable: No fee is charged for the initial review session.

Visa Consulting: Document Preparation Package

Full refund: Full refund if the package has not yet commenced (no documents reviewed or prepared).
Partial refund: Partial refund proportional to the stages not yet completed, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-refundable: Work already completed (document review, translation checks, application drafts) is non-refundable.

Ausbildung Preparation Package

Full refund: Full refund if cancelled before the initial assessment session.
Partial refund: Partial refund proportional to services not yet delivered, assessed after the cancellation request.
Non-refundable: Sessions already delivered, CV preparation completed, and employer communications already sent are non-refundable.

Exam Preparation Module

Full refund: Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the first session.
Partial refund: 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days before the first session.
Non-refundable: No refund once the first session has been delivered.

General conditions

–Refund requests must be submitted in writing to service@malirosa.com.
–Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval to the original payment method.
–Third-party non-refundable costs—including but not limited to official German translation fees, embassy visa fees, document courier charges, and ZAB (Zentralstelle für ausländisches Bildungswesen) qualification recognition fees—are paid directly by the client or passed through at cost, and are entirely non-refundable under any circumstances.
–MALIROSA does not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with visa outcomes, as visa decisions are made exclusively by German authorities and are outside our control.
–If MALIROSA cancels a service due to circumstances on our side, a full refund will be issued for all undelivered portions.
–Disputes not resolved directly with MALIROSA may be escalated to the relevant consumer protection authority.
